I got this mail on the second day of January 2009 at around 6.30 pm:

As you know Conference was a tremendous success. We thank you for yoursplendid effort during the Centenary Conference. The hard work of all thevolunteers was highly appreciated by one and all.
On behalf of the Director, Associate Director and the Organizingcommittee, it is our pleasure to invite you all for the dinner gettogether. Director and Associate Director will be with us during theoccasion.
